Fortune Road — Limited Conjure Vigil Candle

Fortune Road is a special collaboration between Manticore’s Den and Page of Wands Candles, bringing together my work in conjure and their craftsmanship in candle making for a limited run of just 15 glass vigils.

For this collaboration, I went into my personal stash of conjure powders and oils and put together a blend intended for opening roads, drawing good fortune, encouraging prosperity, and bringing favorable opportunities into one’s life.

I wanted these candles made a particular way. Rather than taking an already finished vigil and dressing it with oils and powders, I wanted the ingredients incorporated directly into the wax itself, making the conjure preparation part of the candle from the beginning.

With that in mind, I entrusted my blend to Page of Wands Candles, who worked through several handmade test batches until we achieved the balance we were looking for. The finished result is a 14 oz bayberry vigil candle, hand-poured in glass using a soy wax blend with my conjure preparation worked directly into it.

On the front of each candle is an original conjure sigil I designed specifically for Fortune Road. Each candle also comes with a set of instructions explaining how to employ it in conjure practice.

This collaboration brings together two different crafts: my experience and practice as a conjurer, and the knowledge and skill of Page of Wands in candle making. Every part of this candle was considered, from the ingredients within the wax to the sigil upon the glass.

Only 15 Fortune Road candles were made for this collaboration, available exclusively through Manticore’s Den while supplies last.

Sold as a spiritual curio.
